They've become famous for their live show antics. they've put out a great many releases on a great many labels. When I first heard these guys all I could think of was a Japanese version of Jerry's Kids. They played Jim Mac Naughtons WRPI radio show. After having these guys spend like 3 days living in my basement, I figured I'd ask them to do a few records with me. At that point all they had out was the 1st 7". I asked them to do a split 7" with DEVOID OF FAITH, and we later all toured together. I loved these guys and their antics so I then suggested a split 7" with Chicago's the KILLERS. This record turned into a complete disaster due to problems with the art work. We had asked pushead to do the layout and it seriously almost took 3 years. By the time the record came out NINE SHOCKS were not all that satisfied with their recording of three years..... o well. Early on before these guys lost Wedge (drums) they were one of the greatest U.S. bands going. Recently they've joined forces with Wedge to play the gloom records another shitty fucking hardcore fest. don't miss these guys... Split  7" with Killers Gloom Records # 9
